OUR APPROACH

To address the client’s concerns, we implemented thoughtful solutions to maintain both structural integrity and design aesthetics. For the corner service POS station, we developed a robust internal support system that ensured the design remained intact while meeting load-bearing requirements. The upper metal mesh soffit was sourced from McNichols, allowing us to overcome the radius issues and keep the design as planned, even after value engineering. For the lift-top bar entrance, we changed the material but carefully preserved the original look and feel, ensuring the design vision stayed consistent while enhancing durability.

THE CHALLENGE

Our client’s primary concerns before starting the project were ensuring the design and structural integrity of key features. Specifically, they were worried about the load-bearing capacity of the corner service POS station while maintaining the desired design. For the upper metal mesh soffit, there was uncertainty about preserving the design after value engineering (VE). Additionally, there were concerns regarding the support of the lift-top bar entrance, which needed to be structurally sound without compromising the aesthetic.

RESULTS

Our team successfully overcame the client’s initial concerns by delivering beautifully crafted millwork that perfectly aligned with their vision. Through careful planning and expert execution, we created a unique and inviting atmosphere for the restaurant, combining functionality with stunning design to ensure the client’s satisfaction.
