OUR APPROACH
SCI partnered with Level 99 and coordinated with GC and architect to execute on Level 99 vision. We worked with the internal Level 99 team and acted as an internal partner. Our project management team made sure all materials were approved. We created site specific shop drawings to coordinate with build. Multiple site visits with the Level 99 team to discuss potential details and problems to avoid during installation and build. SCI was there from start to finish; architectural drawings to manufacturing to installation to punch.
THE CHALLENGE
Level 99 was looking for a partner that could support their builds across multiple product categories and services. Create and install high end millwork and custom manufacturing that would match the quality and expectations of the entertainment brand.
RESULTS
Custom millwork, booths, metal. Custom booths and banquettes, custom wood working (millwork, eating counter), custom metal work with integrated lighting (back bar shelves), bar tops, custom metal railing with decorative leather straps, customer engagement units with integrated lighting.
