OUR APPROACH
To address the client’s concerns, we worked closely with their corporate design team to ensure all materials and products met the highest standards for quality and durability. We developed custom graphics and new products aligned with the design intent, while our management team stayed actively involved throughout the entire process. By coordinating with RBI corporate, the franchisee, architect, and general contractor, we ensured the project stayed on track and within budget, delivering a seamless and efficient outcome.
THE CHALLENGE
They were embarking on a complete redesign of their brand, introducing multiple new products and materials, which created a need for precise coordination to ensure the new elements reflected the brand’s vision cohesively. Being a high-profile location, there was added pressure to maintain a top-tier appearance, as the space would play a key role in their public image. Another major focus was the lead time. The client was working with strict deadlines to meet their grand opening dates, which left little room for delays. It was crucial that our team delivered on time without sacrificing the quality of craftsmanship.
RESULTS
The project results perfectly aligned with Popeye’s eclectic new design scheme, creating a vibrant and cohesive space that surpassed expectations.
