OUR APPROACH

The front end process involving our sales and project management team coordinated with the franchisee to understand the goals and objectives of their team.  Taking the information of which projects needed to be complete by when, we went to work coordinating with the architect to get CAD files to complete interior design drawings for customer approval.

By prioritizing which locations needed to be done first we worked through according to customers needs.
 
During construction our team made onsite visits to confirm site dimensions and status for our custom manufactured seating and graphics.
 
By working closely on the front end and constant communication we were able to help the franchisee get the product onsite when they needed it, installation to their standards, and help get the stores open and operating on their schedule.

THE CHALLENGE

After becoming a corporate approved seating and graphics partner for Taco John’s corporate, we had the opportunity to start working with the franchisee system.  We Love Taco’s, a large franchisee, was looking for a reliable partner to complete 10-12 remodels in the midwest on time and on budget.  We needed to coordinate furniture, graphics, and installation with the brand, the franchisee, and the general contractor to meet all dates.
