We are happy to announce that Seating Concepts has been acquired by a group of investors, dedicated to keeping our values and commitments to our customers! The new owners bring extensive business experience, along with direct experience, in our industry.
What this means for you, our customers, is that Seating Concepts will now have more resources and capabilities to continue serving you as we always have. Day-to-day operations, people, and processes will remain in place. We will continue to find ways to increase value and service.
Bill Overton led Seating Concepts for 18 years and grew this business into the world class organization it has become. We hope to continue building upon the foundation of team work, quality, integrity, and above all superior customer service.
