SCI & Ameriscan Designs: A Partnership Built for Success
ROCKDALE, Illinois – SCI has acquired Ameriscan Designs, an architectural millwork company with a strong 38-year history in the commercial, educational, retail, hospitality, and healthcare industries, located in Chicago, Illinois. This partnership will allow SCI and Ameriscan to further expand their product mix and services.
“This acquisition supports SCI’s vision of a vertically integrated company that creates a single source solution for our customers. We are very excited to welcome Ameriscan to the SCI family”, states Dan Scandiff, EVP/Sales.
Ameriscan was founded by Bill MacWilliams in 1984 as a high-end architectural woodworking company. For the past 38 years Ameriscan has partnered with architects and general contractors to design and build award winning projects. This acquisition will allow Ameriscan to continue to provide their expertise while expanding their capabilities with SCI’s design, engineering, print and décor, fabrication, and installation services.
