OUR APPROACH
To address the client’s concerns, we assigned a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the project from start to finish. This ensured a single point of contact, providing consistency and clear communication throughout the process. The Project Manager was responsible for managing all aspects of the timeline, from ensuring that materials arrived on schedule to coordinating logistics for smooth execution. Onsite meetings were held regularly with multiple stakeholders, enabling quick decision-making and efficient collaboration.
THE CHALLENGE
The client came to us with a set of inspiration drawings but needed a partner who could turn those ideas into a tangible reality. One of their main concerns was finding a team that could work within a quick timeline, moving efficiently from the initial introduction to project completion.
