OUR APPROACH
Collaborating closely with the general contractor, we outlined the specifics of each phase, including their order, detailed scope, and strategies to ensure timely execution, all while considering the coordination with suppliers, facilities management, production, and installation processes.
THE CHALLENGE
The project progressed through various renovation stages, each marked by stringent completion timelines. This necessitated a tightly coordinated schedule that included demolition, field measurements, production, and installation. A significant challenge was managing the procurement of special-order materials, which were subject to prolonged lead times.
RESULTS
Recognizing the client’s critical need for adherence to the schedule to seamlessly transition between phases, we maintained frequent communication with the general contractor to establish and align expectations, ensuring each phase progressed.
